I've never been to a beer pairing, but I've been to New Belgium Brewery when we vsteiid friends in Denver and I fell in love with their beer. Did you know that the company gets employees who have been with them for, I believe, a year a new bike? And after 3 they send them on a bike tour in Europe. Not sure if this is still the case, but supposedly it makes them a very sought after employer!

Beer bread, OMG, I forgot about beer bread! It rellay is a wonderfully easy, yet delicious bread. I used equal amounts of all purpose & whole wheat flour, tossed in a 1/4 cup of ground flax seeds and a 1/4 cup of hulled roasted sunflower seeds the loaf didn't last through the night! My husband suggested next time to add in some sliced olives for an even more savoury bread. Thanks!

I was just listening to the episode and I'd just like to offer my opinion. I've had the Wild Blue and I agree with 51 in that it is not for everyone, but Sweetwater has their Blue which is a blueberry beer. I would highly recommend that one for those that don't like the Wild Blue; I didn't like the Wild Blue either.

Just my opinion. Love listening to you all since I found you and thanks to Spork for coming on Southern Beer Review. I'd love to have the rest of you come on at some time too.

Hey Door... Congratulations and welcome to the club !!!! It may not be as cool as Spanky and Alfalfa's "He-Man Woman Haters Club", but you have crossed the threshold. You nolonger have to sit and listen and wonder if what Tracy, Spork and Buyer are saying is true. You can now relate. Go experiment and be free !!!
